Refund Policy

At Steplix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. We offer a 90-day return policy from the date you receive your order.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase


2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@steplix.shop to request a return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us immediately at support@steplix.shop so we can resolve the issue quickly.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item:

  1. Return the original product following our return process.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for your desired item.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to process the refund.
