1. Order Processing Times

3. Order Tracking

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If this applies to your shipment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.


5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • Approved returns will receive a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@steplix.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis to provide a satisfactory solution.
